These Terms and Conditions regulate the contracting and provision of premium managed VPS hosting services offered by Eduardo Laserna through oppahost.com (hereinafter, OppaHost).

2. Contracting

Services are contracted through the procedure established on the Website. By contracting, the customer declares being of legal age, having legal capacity and fully accepting these Terms and Conditions.

3. Prices and VAT

Service prices are indicated in euros and do not include VAT unless otherwise specified. OppaHost reserves the right to modify prices, notifying the customer with due notice.

4. Payments and renewal

Services are billed for contracted periods. Renewal is automatic unless the customer cancels the service with the required notice. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of the service.

5. Customer obligations

The customer undertakes to use the services in accordance with applicable legislation, not to carry out unlawful activities or activities that may damage OppaHost's systems or those of third parties, and to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.

6. Availability

OppaHost undertakes to maintain service availability by striving for high availability and acting proactively on incidents through continuous monitoring.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The customer may cancel the service at any time, following the indicated procedure. Refunds will be governed by the specific conditions of each contracted service, without prejudice to consumer protection regulations.

8. Limitation of liability

OppaHost's liability is limited to the amount of the consideration corresponding to the contracted service during the period in which the breach occurs. It shall not be liable for damages arising from misuse by the customer, force majeure or incidents beyond OppaHost's control.

9. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of [Ciudad], unless applicable law provides otherwise.
